    • PNG and PDF formats work best with our system. Accepted file formats are PNG, PDF, AI, PSD and EPS.

    • If color accuracy is crucial for your project, we recommend uploading files in CMYK color mode.

    When uploading PDF files:

    • Convert all text and strokes (like borders) to outlines or shapes.

    • Make sure any images in your file are embedded, not linked externally.
