Operator and purpose
Lightink Custom operates this tool for its own website-performance reporting and SEO review. Contact: lightink333@gmail.com.
Google permissions and information accessed
-
webmasters.readonly: verifies access to the configured Search Console property and reads its search-performance data. Google's permission can cover properties the authorizing account can access; the collector checks the property list but queries performance only for https://www.lightinkus.com/. -
script.external_request: lets the collector contact Google API endpoints needed for these read-only requests. -
spreadsheets.currentonly: lets the bound script read and update its own report spreadsheet, not the owner's entire Drive or every spreadsheet.
Stored report information includes dates, clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, query and page breakdowns, and collection-status metadata. The app does not request Gmail, order records, payment records or visitor-level analytics identifiers. Search Console data is limited by Google's availability, aggregation and privacy filtering.
Use, storage and access
Data is used to create the private report and support owner-authorized SEO analysis. The script and report are hosted in the owner's Google account. Report tabs are refreshed in place and normally display the latest pair of reporting periods. Google version history, owner-approved verification exports and separately authorized analysis conversations can retain earlier copies.
The report's general access remains Restricted. Access is limited to the owner and the designated viewer approved by the owner. The viewer is not granted Search Console administration, Cloud-project access or script-editing permission through this report share.
With the owner's separate approval, an authorized Google Drive connection in ChatGPT or Lightink dot may read report data to provide the requested SEO review. This is a separate connection from the collector's three permissions. It does not give the collector broader Drive access. The relevant analysis service's data controls govern any copy retained in that service.
We do not sell report data, provide it to advertising platforms or data brokers, use it for credit decisions, or use it to train a general-purpose AI model. Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, governs use of Google API data by this application.
Authorization and controls
Google manages the OAuth authorization. The script uses an execution token only when making Google API requests; it does not write tokens or client secrets into the report, script properties or application logs. Script properties store collection timestamps.
The owner can revoke the app in Google Account third-party access settings, disable its Apps Script time trigger and remove report sharing. Revocation stops future authorized collection but does not erase existing report data. The owner can delete report data and manage Google version history, local exports and analysis-service copies separately, subject to those services' retention controls. Contact the operator for help.
Changes
Material changes to data types, purpose, recipients or permissions require an updated disclosure and the owner's approval before the new use begins.
