DTF printing works well for colorful, detailed artwork. Embroidery gives logos and lettering a stitched, textured finish on eligible apparel and accessories such as polos and caps. Available decoration methods vary by product; check each listing or contact us if you are unsure.

DTF transfers can work on many cotton, polyester, and cotton-blend garments. Results depend on the fabric and its heat tolerance, so check the care label and test an unfamiliar material before pressing. If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before ordering.

For printed apparel, a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the intended print size is recommended. For embroidery, send a clear logo; a vector file is helpful if you have one, and very fine details may need to be simplified for stitching. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you need. We’ll check whether production has started. If it has not, we may be able to update or cancel your order; once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Set your heat press to 305°F (about 152°C) with medium pressure and press for 10–15 seconds. Make sure the fabric is flat and the heat is even. Check the garment care label and test on a small area when working with a new fabric.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a reprint or refund when eligible under our Refund or Reprint Policy. Because custom items are made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not available.
