Upload a finished, 22-inch-wide gang sheet as a PNG or PDF at a minimum of 300 DPI.
- PNG files need a transparent background.
- Use original artwork, not screenshots, photos, or social-media images.
- Flatten layers and convert all text to outlines or shapes before exporting.
- Double-check spelling, colors, size, and layout. Files are printed as provided without editing or resizing.

Before uploading:
- Use high-resolution PNG or PDF artwork at the final print dimensions.
- Keep PNG backgrounds transparent.
- Outline text and embed images in PDF files.
- Check spelling, dimensions, spacing, and colors.
Files are printed as submitted, without editing or resizing. Changing a file’s DPI setting alone will not restore missing detail.

How to Apply DTF Transfers
Set your heat press to 305°F, use medium pressure, and press for 10–15 seconds.
These settings are a starting point only. Actual temperature, pressure, and time can vary by heat press and fabric. Test on a sample first and adjust before full production.

Which sheet length should I choose?
Measure the height of your finished 22-inch-wide layout and choose a length that accommodates it. If it needs more space, select the next available length.
Which file types work best?
High-resolution PNG and PDF files work best. We can also accept AI, PSD, and EPS files. Please make sure fonts and linked images are included or outlined where applicable.
What press settings should I use?
Start with 305°F, medium pressure, and 10–15 seconds. Results can vary by heat press and fabric, so test a sample and adjust before full production.
When can I peel the transfer?
Our DTF transfers are instant peel: remove the carrier right after pressing. Test your first item to confirm the settings for your equipment and fabric.

What is Direct to Film (DTF) printing, and how does it work for custom designs?
Direct to Film (DTF) printing is an innovative printing method that allows custom designs to be printed onto a special film and then heat-transferred onto fabric using a heat press. The process begins by printing your design onto the film using high-quality DTF inks. An adhesive powder is applied and cured, allowing the design to bond cleanly and durably to garments of almost any fabric type. Once ready, the printed film is pressed onto a shirt or item using heat and pressure - creating vibrant,
detailed, and long-lasting prints.
How is DTF printing different from other methods like screen printing or sublimation?
DTF printing offers more flexibility and ease than traditional methods like screen printing or sublimation. Unlike sublimation, which only works on polyester and light-colored fabrics, DTF transfers can be applied to nearly any fabric type - including cotton, blends, and dark garments. Compared to screen printing, DTF does not require screens or setup fees, making it ideal for short runs and full-color, detailed artwork. Plus, DTF prints are soft to the touch, highly durable, and wash-resistant.

We have no minimum order quantity - you're welcome to order a single DTF transfer for testing, personal use, or a small project. Which shipping carriers do you use to send out orders (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)?
We primarily ship through UPS, USPS and FedEx, offering a range of services from standard ground to 2-day and overnight options. Carrier selection depends on your shipping choice during checkout and your delivery location. You'll receive an automated tracking email as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor every step of its journey.
Do you check my artwork for any issues (such as poor quality or missing elements) before printing?
We'll happily reach out if there's anything that looks off - like low resolution, missing artwork, or color concerns. Otherwise, if your file is good to go, we'll print it as-is.
