The best method depends on the fabric and design; we review embroidery artwork before production. We customize each shirt to order. After final artwork approval, printed apparel production usually takes 5–7 business days; embroidery production usually takes 15–21 days. Color and size choices change with the shirt style so you can see the options offered for that particular blank. Product photos show the blank shirt for color reference; your embroidery or DTF design will be added after you place your order. Slight color variation may occur between screens and garments.

Which Decoration Method Should I Choose?

• Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton: We recommend DTF printing for most designs. If you want embroidery on this style, ask us to review the logo, size, and placement first.
• Gildan 64000 Softstyle: DTF is suited to colorful graphics; small, lightweight embroidery is an option after artwork review.
• BELLA+CANVAS 3001: DTF is a strong choice for full-color art; small, lightweight embroidery may work after artwork review.
• Comfort Colors 1717: DTF is a great choice for colorful designs. Embroidery may be possible depending on the design and placement.

Artwork & Ordering

Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background whenever possible; 300 DPI at final print size is ideal for DTF artwork. Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF are also useful for logo embroidery. We may contact you if a file needs adjustment before production. Need help choosing a blank or planning a larger order?
